Diet - Day 3

ok...so the meatloaf..YUCK, poor shannon is getting teased a bit by the boys at work since he told them i put him on a diet...i guess they think i have some kind of control....LOL!!!  anyway it's going good, so far no slip up's and for me the food is not too bad (for shannon i'd say tolerable is an overstatement)......well i will keep on pluggin and see where it get me.....
